  • Tactical Integration: Perfect for PALS webbing panels.

  • Survival Ready: Use it as a gear hammock, an extra layer of security against pickpockets, or a makeshift tote.

  • The "Just-In-Case" Gear: Because it’s better to have the capacity and not need it, than to need the room and not have it.

Bike Couriers, Bike commuters, why would you want this backpack net?

🎒THE PRO’S ADVANTAGE: OUTER PACK STUFF NET

Stop fighting your zipper. When you’re hitting the pavement, every second counts. Whether it’s an oversized box, a rain-soaked shell, or gear that just won’t fit, the Outer Pack Stuff Net turns your existing backpack into a high-capacity utility beast.

  • Tactical Versatility: Designed for the urban grind. Secure what you need, right where you need it.

  • Pro-Fit Engineering: Designed to fit most backpacks up to 24 inches in height.

Note: While the net fits 24" packs, extremely bulky or wide loads at that height may exceed the net’s capacity. Know your gear!

  • Built to be Seen: Available in High-Vis Neon—engineered to grab attention in heavy traffic.

  • USA Crafted: Born in Pennsylvania, built by hand. We don’t just carry the gear; we protect the mission.

Your pack. Upgraded. Rule the streets.

🎒 The Pro-Series: Built to Lock Down

  • Long Tail Engineering: The extended paracord 'tail' allows the Outer Pack Stuff Net to grab meshes from the backside of your pack, creating a unique under-tension system.

  • The Cinch Advantage: This design means you can cinch your cargo up incredibly tight, minimizing weight shifts and keeping everything stable, even when you’re leaning into a high-speed turn on your bike.

  • A "Loaded-Out" Reality: Whether it’s two boxes, a rolled blueprint, and a wet shell, the network locks it down, giving you the security of a cargo van on the profile of a backpack.

  • "Tested on the streets of PA, built for the global courier."

There are lots of ways to get around. What is your mode of transport? Do you have more than one throughout the week? What is your commute like? Do you live in the city or the country? And my point would be, does your backpack come with you? And do you need a better way to PACK, HOLD, and CARRY throughout your day? How important is it to be hands-free from point A to point B? I only ask these questions because I have had to answer them throughout my life in the city, in the country, at the airport, on the boardwalk, and on my bike. It wasn’t till later that I came up with a solution for backpacks to do more, to pack more, to hold more, so I could carry more if I needed to, and I want to share it, hoping backpackers of all sorts see its value from point A to point B.

❓ FAQ & Sizing Guide: Getting the Perfect Fit

Q: Will the Outer Pack Stuff Net fit my backpack? Our net system is designed with "Universal Fit" in mind. It works flawlessly on most standard backpacks up to 24 inches in height. Whether you’re running a rugged tactical pack or a sleek urban commuter, it’s built to adapt to your load-out.

Q: Are there limits to what I can carry? We want you to be prepared! While our net accommodates packs up to 24 inches, please keep in mind that not every item that is 24 inches tall will fit inside the net. Extremely wide or bulky items might exceed the net's capacity. We recommend testing your specific setup to ensure a snug, secure fit.

Q: Where is this stuff made? Every piece of gear is hand-crafted in Robesonia, Pennsylvania. We are proud to keep the American spirit of high-quality, durable manufacturing and craftsmanship alive and well since 2020. 🇺🇸

Q: How visible is the gear at night? We prioritize durability and effectiveness. Our High-Vis Neon options are specifically selected to stand out in city traffic and urban environments, ensuring you're seen while you're on the move.

Q: How do I attach it? Simply hook it onto your existing pack’s anchor points, adjust the tension, and you're ready to roll.

Updated External Backpack Net set up.

Quick Overview

How do you attach your external backpack net to your backpack?

DSCN0007.JPG

Step 1

wrap the small tail end around the grab handle of the backpack and clip it to a mesh, then let the net hang over the front of the pack.

DSCN0011.JPG

Step 2

Flip the pack around and clip the fixed corner of the net to the other side of the pack. (The fixed end is the corner of the net without the tail) Make sure you go through the straps and clip it to a net mesh on the pack’s far side. Where you clip the mesh determines how big your front pocket will be. This is where you adjust to size up what you stuff in the net pocket.

Now, weave the other end of the net (with the long tail) through the bottom mesh of the net to the top mesh. It doesn’t matter what end you start from and end. (You are joining both parts of the meshes to make one.) just like lacing your shoes. Keep your straps exposed and connect the net to make one big pocket in the front of your pack. Undo the daisy chain if you need more cordage to wrap through meshes.

The remainder of your long tail will be used to lash meshes and wrap it around through your straps to tighten the net around your backpack. As you weave your long tail around, lash through 1 or 2 of the meshes here on the back end of the net to prevent a lot of sag. (I address this issue in the updated video above for the external net setup.) ( In the photo above, I did not; it’s up to you and how you prefer it..) Don’t worry about overthinking too much about lashing into certain meshes. Particular-sized objects will require less or more room in the net. The goal is to stuff your stuff and keep it tight to the pack where there is no shifting and sway for your comfort and safety.

📋 THE PRO-SERIES: 3 STEPS TO LOCKED-DOWN

1. ANCHOR & ALIGN Hook the primary loops to your backpack’s existing anchor points. Position the net center-mass to ensure your load-out stays balanced against your back while you’re in the saddle.

2. LOAD & LACE Slide your bulky gear (boxes, tubes, or layers) behind the net. Take the "long tail" and weave it through your pack’s daisy chains or straps—just like lacing up a boot.

3. THE POWER CINCH Pull the tail taut. The net compresses your load against the pack frame, eliminating sway and ensuring your gear stays rock-solid even in heavy city traffic.

DSCN0008.JPG

Step 3

Undo the clip from the grab handle and stuff your items in the net. Re-clip around the grab handle and secure it; if it is too tight, undo the daisy chain for more cord length on the short tail end by your grab handle and use it to lash through meshes to tighten the net to the pack and back your grab handle.

Then, use the long tail cord end and lash through meshes to tighten the net to the pack. Clip your long tail to a mesh, and you’re done. Don’t overthink it when attaching the net; in a nutshell, you’re wrapping the net around your pack, and the long tail and sometimes the short tail will come in handy to lace through more meshes to tighten the net around your stuff.

Double-check your connections before you go on and carry on.
