The Molle pack Pal for the PALS webbing
Can the Mini OPSnet and Molle pouches coexist? The short answer is they sure can! The Mini OPSnet was never intended to replace the Molle pouches and their organizational features; they can work together to create a Pack-All tactical backpack. The option is always up to the user and how they may like it and want to set it up. I respect the idea of options, and I appreciate the small and mighty Mini OPSnet because it gives tactical backpack users options. Let me show you how I set my Molle pack using The Mini OPSnet and tactical Molle pouches, which share the same side of the PALS webbing on the Molle backpack.
I dedicate one side of my Molle pack for the Mini OPSnet, and I fix the net by weaving it through the PALS webbing because I know I like it there, and if I don’t use it up and strap it to keep it out of the way. You can fix the net with your favorite carabiners. Also, it doesn’t matter. As shown above, I place my Molle pouches on top of the Mini OPSnet and share that space with it. My net pocket will be smaller, but you will still be surprised how much room there is for items to be placed. You’ll see later; I can fit a packed-out med-size drawstring bag.
The option is key here. I think a good product gives the users options. Remember that the bigger your pouches are, the smaller the net pocket will be. And how I look at it, those pouches can come off quickly. You can take them off, throw them in the net and have the full capacity of the whole net to stuff your stuff for when the time calls for you to pack that net out.
I close my net up here with carabiners for quick in and out of my pocket.
