To my USA customers: To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition you received and undamaged.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded using your original payment method during the purchase. Credit card payments may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

What you need to know: Duties and Taxes will be unpaid. Your purchased product will end up at your local post office/ Canada Post, and they will notify you. From there, you can pay the duties and taxes online. ( This will change in the future) From there, your order will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout. If you cannot pay the Duties and Taxes online, You can pay them at your local Post office/ Canada Post and pick up your package there. Again, you will be notified when your package arrives at your local Canada Post. I’m working with the United States Postal Service, which works closely with Canada Post to provide you with the most affordable and accurate way to receive your purchase. I am working on making this more seamless in the future. International commerce and shipping has many moving parts that need to be dialed in correctly and I’m sorry for the little inconvenience for this right now.
